Is the subscription price through paypal correct?

I was just getting ready to re-subscribe today, but i noticed the prices on the TLG store are different than what shows up on my paypal cart. For example:

Maybe the paypal prices do no reflect the increased size of the Crusader?

TLG Store:

6 Issues - $24.00 (US)

12 Issues - $36.00

Paypal cart:

6 Issues - $16.50 (US)

12 Issues - $25.50

When checking out, the shipping cost bumps it up to the TLG store cost.

Ahh! I was trying to get all my orders (subscription & 10/5 sale)in one paypal order.
