Assault on Blacktooth Ridge? Or any other module for that matter.

Mine?

Use Kruggles Illusion hidden lair to hide their loot.

Are now using the Virgolg as thier main stronghold, after purifying the well.

They also are "force" converting the female goblins and their children into living and worshipping like a real society does. They are aided in this by two non-evil orcs they ran into earlier and who they converted to the faiths of Freya and Odin (I use Norse Deities) and paid for them to be trained as a Druid of Freya and a Ranger of Odin in Don Eamon (Necromancers Grey Citadel), who are now helping to converting the goblins and training them to be fighters/Rangers/druids if they show real ability.

I foresee the PC's Virgolg stronghold as being guarded by "Amazon Goblinesses" with the males being out and guarding in the manner of Rangers in the surrounding woods and up and down the river, plus a few of them probably being Druids as well.

Earlier they became "great friends" to the fey because they went out of their way to hunt down the fey and return the staue of Wenefar to them.

Neegle took a liking to my sons Ranger character, Sylva Fromkin, because he made her laugh. I figured it had been a long time since someone made her laugh since everything she is involved in has been so serious. So now when Sylva is "stumped" about something I give him a 25% chance that she is scrying on him and willing to answer any question he puts to her, assuming she knows the answer, or advises him on how to find things out if I decide she doesn't know.

Thats all that comes to mind right now.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

Mysterious Tower

My players have taken it over, and went through great pains to extract the misplaced 'off switch' and move it.

They have not even tried to rid the treasure room of the Djinni yet. They just leave him alone.

The NPCs in Assault were all very interesting and I used several to interact with our group. But the best was definitely, Neegle the Fraonoth (ancient witch of Erde)!

And her little dwarf helper, Gunald who like to apparate suddenly in front of the party to scare the heck out of them!
I'm sure I'll use her again, maybe to dispense the risk of fortune in cards with the Tarot Arcanum by Sieg from Crusader #3.

Another great encounter was derived from the retrieval of the cloud giant's shield from Kruggle's Lair. Our group voted to return it, so they climbed up top the Blacktooth Ridge and tapped the shield 3 times.

While waiting a dragon spotted the group standing in top of the ridge and went in to pick up a quick bite to eat. Well the cloud giant came flying out of - yeah the clouds, in a chariot pulled by giant flying lions. He chased the dragon away, and was so happy to get his shield back, he gave the PCs a mini shield that will call him from the clouds to help the PCs (1 time only)!

It was awesome and the players loved it!
I noticed that Slag Heap has a load of great/unusual NPCs and so I'm looking forward to running that mod! 8)

My players have done similar, but they killed the dijnni (nearly killed the whole party) and paid a dwarf stonemason 5,000gp to have the force field switch placed in a proper location. They hide thier loot and use it as a hideout.

Those are some pretty cool ideas. My party has just started A0, so I have time to incorporate these ideas. I will post the results as they occur.
