Feudal Lords Guide to Cthonia/ is 4e easy to port into C&

I've always like the ideas of the feudal lord setting and have mined their books for the gems I could easily port into C&C.

With the new book being 4e & without me having any experience with the new system (or desire to even try the system), I'd like to hear from you all if it is easy to convert from 4.e or use the fluff from the books with out the crunch.
