What others do you like?

What other RPG's do you like? Meaning outside of D&D/C&C?

Here is one of mine:

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

You guys, and future posters, willing to put in some working links? Just in case people are curious enough to check out some new things?

Here is another one catching my interest lately:
http://www.scaldcrow.com/

Plus the new Twilight 2000, now called Twilight 2013, is looking pretty sweet to me:
http://93gamesstudio.com/site/node/25

The book should be available on Amazon, etc... Some time after April 29th.

Cursed Empire

Really cool, gritty feeling game that doens't get enough love. Wish I could play it more than I do.

The link is to a free demo download.

HUGE ditto on Epic.

I don't have time to do a link list now, but I'll try to get one together. I have a few games I'm groovin' on aside from C&C.

Come, my friends,
'Tis not too late to seek a newer world.
Push off, and sitting well in order smite
The sounding furrows; for my purpose holds
To sail beyond the sunset, and the baths
Of all the western stars, until I die.

Battltech RPG or the Minatures games? If it is the RPG, then I'd really like to know what you like about it.

If we were including all gaming stuff in this post, I'd certainly have Battletech up in that list too.

BattleTech the boardgame of armored combat, plus a few quick house rules for keeping track of pilots and their skills. I found that none of the editions of BattleTech: The RPG were any good for meshing with BattleTech: The Game of Armored Combat while still having a small degree of flexibility.

Agreed. That is why I wanted to hear you thoughts on the RPG if you had any. Personally, Mechwarrior RPG 1st and 2nd edition didn't capture the Battletech game nearly as well as it should.

Now Battletech minatures, that is a great minatures game, if you like minutia. I think it's fun to keep track of these things when you are only piloting a mech or three.

ssfsx17 we play a lot or BTech, and keep track of pilots, skills and experience. Though I'm always looking for better rules to use. Would you mind sharing some of your house rules?
