Spiritual Weapon

Need a ruling for Spiritual Weapon.

It sounds to me as if you are to add the to hit bonus of the Cleric (ie BtH and Str Bonus) as well as the Str Bonus to Damage inflicted by the weapon

So a Cleric with a 16 Strength with a BtH of +2 would have the following when using the spiritual weapon

the weapon would have +4 to hit and do 1d8+2 damage ( and be able to strike creatures needing a magic weapon to hit
