Adventure Games Publishing?

Post by Lombardio »

Hi again,

If this isn't the right place to ask this Q then feel free to move it mods, as i just followed the link from there web page and it brought me here!
Anyhoo's, i just bought the 100 Treasure's and 100 Encounters pdf's and must admit i think they are awesome, especially for a time pressured ck like myself. The thing is it seems that these were all that were made. So i was wondering if they, or anyone else planned on continuing the line?

Cheers,

Lombardio.

James Mishler, the man behind the scenes at AGP, has a section of forums on these boards -- scroll toward the bottom, but the "player's section" gets much more activity: Link. You'll notice he does other products, such as Wilderlands of High Adventure (a C&C rendition / remake / re-imaging / awesome of the classic Judges Guild stuff of similar name) which is very "old school." Whether he will produce more "100 XXXXs" is up to him, but my thinking is he likely will, but more so if they do well. Only he can truly answer your questions, though.

The Trolls did a similar product to 100 Encounters, but it was focused on Orcs, I believe. Also a straight pdf and not print product. I do not know if they plan on more of these, but, again, likely if they sell.

I believe that James is planning on doing more of some of those (IIRC), but that he's got other things in the queue as well.

Me? I want more loot.

Come, my friends,
'Tis not too late to seek a newer world.
Push off, and sitting well in order smite
The sounding furrows; for my purpose holds
To sail beyond the sunset, and the baths
Of all the western stars, until I die.

I like the small projects he does, but I signed on for his big projects, so thats what I want to see more of soon.

I assume he will. I can only imagine, for a financial standpoint, they are viable. That's only a guess, however. I hope to see more, perosnally.

Hi Lombardio!

Glad you like the "100" series products. I intend to continue with them fairly soon, with 2nd Level Encounters and Type 2 Treasures. And after that, further on...

I'll be posting an update on AGP shortly in the Player's Haven folder. Lots of stuff to talk about...

James
