Could Somebody at Crusader HQ Plz Read This.

Post by Lombardio »

Hi Team,

I'm sorry to post this here but i have sent 2 emails to orders@trolllord.com and have not as yet recieved a reply.

The original email read:
Hi folks,

I just paid with my PayPal for this issue (my PayPal account is XXXXXXXXXXX), and truth be told i thought the magazine was going to be a downloadable pdf due to the fact there was no shipping charges.

If i was wrong then nps, but i live in the UK, so i'm guessing that the $3.50 can't include p&p? Anyways if it is a pdf, then i didn't get a dl link, and if it isn't then i look forward to seeing the dead tree version.

Note - This is the first time i've used your shop so i may have screwed up somehow, but i definitely have the payment receipt if you need to see it.

Cheers,

Wayne.

The second email read:
Hi guys,

I was wondering what the outcome of this transaction was, as i have not received any emails or anything from TLG regarding the following PayPal purchase: XXXXXXXXXX. Has the magazine been shipped? If so how long is the usual travel time from your shores to mine?

Cheers,

Wayne.

I know you guys are busy, but if i could get some feedback on this it would be great. If for some reason it can't/hasn't been shipped may i cancel the order as i now see i can buy it direct from leisure games.

Cheers again and keep up the awesome work with the C&C line!

Ps - The reason i want it so bad is for the new fighter class, as i have a player waiting on it.

If you have yet been responded to find a post by Gideon Thorne, he is a "Troll" and can make sure your heard. PM him about this and he should be able to make sure Steve is aware of this ASAP, if they have yet to contact you.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Actually, I've found if you PM Steve (Troll Lord) or Jim Ward directly they are quick to respond.

Wayne,

I got your first email (probably you second) and thought I responded to it. I didn't get anything back so it wandered from my mind. But just checking me outgoing I'm not even sure I responded. I'm getting too old I think haha.

I've sent you an email.

Now I shall retire in shame.

Steve

This matter has been sorted out by the awesome folks at TLG. Thanks again! Looking forward to my first ever Crusader arriving and a good read when it does!
