That thing has been free for years! Or at the very least, its been up for free before, because I got it for free about two years ago, and I am assuming that its been there since.

I've played a couple of sessions with it, its a pretty fun and relatively simple system.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

It is not very different than All Flesh Must Be Eaten, or any of the other "Unisystem" games. As I recall, it was actually the first of them. If I liked the mechanics, I would play it more often, but the game gets in the way of itself.

"Free" has to be my single favorite word in the English language.

Yeah, "free" makes my Top 5 for certain. CJ Carella...why does that name sound so familiar?

CJ Carella was originally of Palladium Books fame (Nightspawn, Nightbane, Palladium Fantasy, etc.), along with the aforementioned Witchcraft RPG.

Palladium...that's where I heard his name from. I think he did some GURPS stuff, too, if I'm not mistaken.
