Stupid questions...

Post by jreyst »

So I am planning on running an introductory C&C game in a month or two and so I am beginning the steps of familiarizing myself with the rules etc.

In the case of a creature with a number appearing of greater than 1, is the XP and treasure determined for EACH individual monster in that number? For example, if there is an encounter with 5 orcs, is the experience awarded (5+1/hp)*5 and the treasure is '1' per individual orc? Each orc would have a 50% chance to have 2d4x10gp, a 10% chance to have 1d4 gems (etc)?

My assumption is that yes, the experience points and treasure is for EACH member of the number appearing, but I want to make sure.

I'll probably come up with more questions as I continue

XP = yes, per creature.

Treasure = Castle Keeper call. I go with it as "per encounter" not "per encountered."

One reason I wish my original system had been used.
