Can't reply?
I posted a question titled "Stupid questions..." and Serleran replied. I wanted to reply to his reply but it says only moderators can do that? Is that true? I can post a question but not reply to a reply?

Not in this section of the boards. If you want more general responses, try the forum section where it says "The Rules, The Laws, and the Chaos".
