I'd be sure that any tags it associated with me would cause it display startlingly obscene images whenever someone looked at me. And then I'd follow them around and force them into conversations with me till they couldn't take it anymore and just turned the damned thing off.

That things projects images you can read. Bah. I'll get one when it beams info straight into my skull.

It's amazing what technology can accomplish and I admit this little gadget is novel as hell but it is not something I'd ever, ever get. The implications of it are antithetical to what I enjoy about life.

I don't want to be wired in all the time. I don't want to pick up a book and see what some yokels on amazon think about it. I don't want to pick up a roll of paper towels and have it feed me info. I dont want to look at someone and read "tags" about who they are, that's what conversations are for.

For me, it'd kill a whole lot of enjoyment in just being.

I dunno. This could have its funny side. "Nooooooooo Don't put me up there!"

"I was violated!"

it'd only be a matter of time before you needed a million different spam filter for the thing too.

Bombarded with ads everywhere you go.

Yay!

Oh! One thing would be fun as well. Instead of having your projector read the object, just have it project what you want. Your regular passerby will think you are reading off of your victim and not simply projecting..

Project things like

Perv

Adulterer

Chronic m**tur**t

etc.

Or they add the xray cam...save images and project 'em in the buff later. *innocent look* The new locker room spy kit...
