Hello Jim,
In a previous thread you asked for UK readers to keep their eyes peeled for UK release dates. Well, I've gone back in time a little and I've been able to put these together for you:
UK Release Dates:
Issue 17: w/c 18/05/09
Issue 16: w/c 05/05/09 (yep, just a fortnight earlier)
Issue 15: w/c 24/02/09
Issue 14: w/c 20/01/09
Issue 13: w/c 16/12/08
Issue 12: w/c 04/11/08
Issue 11: w/c 09/09/08
I'm afraid I can't give you dates for previous issues as my FLGS seriously dropped the ball on getting me the previous two. I almost lost out on #9 but managed to get it in the end. I DID miss #10; apparently the distributor sold out, was unable to get replacements, and now I have an irritating hole in my collection, which otherwise stretches all the way back to Issue #1. And it was the SS:EH issue, too. Harrumph.
Yes, it's bit of a sore point, but I try not to scratch it. Anyway, if you like I'll keep this updated as new issues roll across the ocean.

Thanks, Jim; interestingly enough, I was able to find a copy just a couple of weeks ago from another distributor, so it all ends well. You can witness my joyous frothing at the end of the Issue #10 thread. I blame the painkillers.
When my original sub expired I looked into resubbing, but found that in the UK Leisure Games no longer did subs the same way. Instead, you give 'em your account number and they debit it when an issue arrives, which they then send to you. I decided that I didn't fancy that too much, as I didn't have control over when an inconvenient few quid might disappear from my account which in recent years has hovered all too close to the red line for my comfort.
So, I placed an ongoing order with my FLGS, which apart from that one time works well in that he also keeps an eye out for all the new TLG releases for me, too (plus the shop's barely five miles from my house). If Leisure Games or someone else offered a genuine subscription I'd go for it, but the current system isn't quite my chosen cuppa.

I saw #16 in my local Travelling Man yesterday.
