Are you a SAW fan?

Post by Vagabond »

Hi peoples,

Two things to say in this thread, first from what I've heard for any Saw fans out there is that there is another movie coming out and antoher later down the road that will be in 3-D but it'll probably just be a 3D of one of the older movies. Ok secondly,

I am a huge SAW fan and I finally got in my SSI backpay benefits. I have a friend who lives in Little Rock with a 3 story house frint and back stairs go to all three floors what I plan to do is have the SAW traps on each of the floors in this manner 1st floor-1st film traps, and etc to the other floors come halloween I will be doing this and I already have one of the traps built for the house which is the Knife Chair next on my list is the Reverse Bear Trap that we see in the 1st SAW movie. These traps will actually have real people in the trap and the trap will be fully safe. So heres my question if you can remember the SAW movie traps well enough what traps should I have on the 2nd and 3rd floor since I pretty much have the 1st one covered.

The first movie was decent, considering its relative predictability. And then, it just became Se7en, but with more violent deaths. It stopped being "horror" and turned into "gore." That is not really a bad thing, but I have seen far better gore films that still manage to be frightening (like The Audition.) So, while I would not say I am a "fan," I will say that I hope they can become original, or try to be, once more.

Enjoyed the 1st, liked the second, once seeing the 3rd I knew I had to watch the next two, but only because I had gone that far. Liked the story, just not that shocked by the movies.

Thought the first one was decent.

Thought the rest were a yawn fest parade of "look what we can do!"

They were getting awful creative by the time of the third movie.

Regarding the OP question -- you need the giant head-crushing trap, where, if the door is opened, death is the result. Also, the one with the knives, where the keys to release are buried within... or, was that acid?

Yep. After discovering my problems I tend to stay away from media like that; it takes me places I don't like to go.

I thought the first was pretty good, after that, I know I watched at least one maybe two of the others, but can't remember which, so I'd say they really didn't impress me a whole lot.

There must also be a discussion on the effectiveness of said weapons in a zombie uprising.
