Troll Con VII Gaming Schedule released!!!!

Post by huds0n »

Okay folks,

Here it is. The Official Troll Con VII Gaming Schedule.
http://www.filefactory.com/file/ag5fdf6 ... hedule_doc

Now a couple of things to remember about the gaming schedule:

1. This schedule is subject to change. There are still a few people who haven't gotten back with me. But i wanted to go ahead and get it out there for people to see and get and idea of what they might want to play in.

2. Sign-ups will be AT Troll Con itself. We have no good/easy way right now to do online event sign-ups. So the easiest, fairest way to handle it is to simple sign-up for events when you arrive at TC.

3. If you sent me an event registration form and i didn't put on the schedule, email me and let me know. I'm pretty sure i got everyone.

4. Also remember that there will be open gaming the entire Con as well. So if you don't see something here that meets your fancy, don't worry. I'm sure you can get a pick-up game of whatever it is you like during Troll Con.

That's all for now. More to come in the near future.

Thanks,

Richard

Am I just an idiot, or is there a problem downloading the schedule? I can't find an actual link to DL the file. I just get requests to login?

Mike,

Once you click the link, there is a "Free Download" button near the bottom middle. Simply click it and you'll have to wait 30 seconds for the download to start. Let me know if you have anymore problems.

Thanks,

Richard

I'm getting mostly gibberish from word pad(here at UPS Store). Is there another way to post the schedule? Breakdaddy wants me to run some savage worlds, but I don't want to miss out on games from Todd Gray, James Ward, etc. Thanks.

Just an FYI for interested parties:

My WFRP 2nd edition game on Friday is not set in the Old World. The backdrop is heavily influenced by Celtic mythology but not entirely, as there are anachronisms like ball and powder weapons and (low) magic in it. The characters hunt supernatural entities and the walking dead that all too commonly cause mischief among the populace of the small villages that litter the countryside. They are called "Kyndroff", part of an organization of hunters that protect the citizens against the monstrosities that would make them naught but prey. There are no demi-humans in this world and you wont find orcs, goblins or the like either. If I had to pin it down, think equal parts "The Witcher" and "Solomon Kane" against a human-centric Celtic backdrop.

I have six PCs pregenerated for this game. Kynon, Ganfael, Uther, Angwyn, Caradoc, and Sacrovir await your command. I'll see you at Troll Con!

Does one have to attend to win the TLG swag at the raffle, or can anyone purchase tickets?

Yeah, that would be something cool. Perhaps in future years I may show up if the gaming gods be merciful.

Hopefully so. I would like to see one of these famous Landwehr C&C games I've heard about. GC is usually far too hectic to do any actual gaming, sadly.

Well Steve had mentioned that Harvesters would be demo'd at Troll Con, but he hasn't told me about it as far as the event schedule goes? If it is rolled out, i'll make sure to add it.

Wanted to let everyone know that there is an addition to the event schedule.

Mike Stewart will be running a RPG playtest event on Sunday @ 12:00pm. It will be a Siege Engine game called Victorious: Night of the Jackal. It will be for 2-6 players and it sounds very cool.

Thanks Huds0n.... Apologies for the lateness in the announcement but I was unsure if we could make it to TC this year.
