Here's one review from EN World. Gives the Setting and Adventure 4.5 stars out of 5, but only gives its D20 mechanics a 1. but of course it is now C&C so its mechanics should work great now.

I have the D20 version and while I don't/never play D20 so I can't comment on the mechanics, I completely agree with this reviewer on the Setting and Adventure. Very good stuff. Am anxiously awaiting my C&C copy, should arrive this week.
