Haha, NICE! Sounds like some good stuff planned. I look forward to the SW goodness. I, too, might run some off schedule stuff, but it would be WFRP2 or Dark Heresy and I will be sure it doesnt overlap the SW you're running.

I want in on at least one game. When do we sign up for the scheduled games? Now, or at the registration desk when we show up?
