Hi,
I just got this new book, and I have some difficulties with some of the rules. First, its writing that when you take, for example, Blessed of Nartarus, you gain a penalty of -2 to reaction penalty. The problem is that I dont know what it means???
Second, just to be sure, its writing that when you gain the 4th level of necromancer, you add a -1 to your charisma. When we look the 5th it is also -1, but are they cumulative???
Thanks for answering this post!

Well, the -2 to reaction penalty is a negative modifier to a charisma check.
As to the cumulative negative. modifier, Ill have to check with Casey on that one. I'm inclined to say yes they are, since Casey's adventures and settings are much tougher than average.
