In preparation for our vacation in Little Rock next week we went to pull up the itinerary. Its gone. ITs not in the special folder in which I know I saved it. The hotel reservations are still there.

So we go to our priceline web site account. Nothing there either. Totally disappeared! However, the June 5th charge to our debit card is still showing on our bank account.

So we will be calling Priceline customer service tomorrow and find out what the heck is up.

I could call the airlines, if I remembered which one it is, and see if they still have us in their system. I did copy the itinerary to a trip document I was creating to print out, but the Comp that is on died this past Sunday.

Oh well, not panicking yet, but I am certainly curious to why everything disappeared. I know how, but I am interested in "why".

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Have you tried doing a search on your computer with the search program for the name of the folder?

Yep, searched for "priceline" too, other stuff came up, but a flight itinerary didn't. Price line couldn't find anything either, they said just go check in for your flight. We said, "Which airlines?"

"We don't know. Find out."

"Your customer service is non existent, thank you for earning your pay check as a customer service representative. Bye!"

So I will be trying to find my flight tonight by calling the airlines I think it was, and seeing if they can find it.

I think I'd send Priceline an EECB (Executive Email Carpet Bomb) and see if they can help.

No, but I did find a 6 day full size car rental for under $209.00, taxes/fees included, unlimited mileage.
