The Black Libram of Nartarus: On the bottom left-hand column of page 5 there is a spell with no title or spell level--what is the name and level of the spell? (I'm assuming this was a layout error that was missed before printing).

Other than this apparent omission, I love it. This will find a home soon in our current C&C campaign.
