I guess my overall favorite is classic RPG fantasy using Castles & Crusades. After that the genres I play tend to be mised. Wow, pretty tough but I think I'd have to say:
Superhero / Martial arts ~ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Cyberpunk ~ Cyberpunk 2.0.2.0.
Sci-Fi ~ Robotech
Modern ~ Ninjas & Superspies
Detect a pattern here?

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Fantasy: C&C, WFRP 2nd ed
Modern: Savage Worlds, maybe Twilight 2013 (looks fire!)
Sci Fi: Savage Worlds, Dark Heresy
Supers: Dont play em, so dunno? Maybe M&M, its the only one I have.
Western: Deadlands
Other: Solomon Kane for its specific setting, but its Savage Worlds at heart anyway. Really want to play Burning Wheel, own the books, never gotten a chance to play yet. Same with Aces & Eights

Fantasy: C&C
Science Fiction: Traveller (Classic, MT or Mongoose) or Serenity/Cortex
Cyberpunk: Shadowrun (though not for many years)
I don't play horror or supers; neither genre appeals to me.

Generic (D&D) Fantasy: C&C
Dark Fantasy: WFRP
Sword & Sorcery: Barbarians of Lemuria
Classical Mythology: Agon
Spy: James Bond
Superhero: Silver Age Sentinels
Horror: Call of Cthulhu
Post-Apocalyptic: Barbarians of the Aftermath
War: Recon
Time Travel: Time Lord
Sci-Fi: Dark Heresy
One Off Silliness: Toon, Paranoia
Of course, being an adult with adult responsibilities, I can only play one or two differnt games, and only twice a month, so I mainly play C&C, switching back to WFRP when one of our other friends is back in town and throwing Agon or BoL in for one shots when we need a pallete cleanser every few months.

Hmm... Despite owning many, I play a lot less that I would like. Like others, it just comes down to a lack of time.
C&C is pretty much the only game I run and am most likely to play.
There are many other games I have that I would love to experience or, in a couple cases, revisit. Unfortunately I those that even harder to get going.
I would to revisit Call of Cthulhu campaign, some Marvel Super Heroes, some Shadowrun (preferably 2nd to 3rd edition), and Star Wars (WEG / d6).
I would love to try some classic Traveller, classic Runequest, Metamorphosis Alpha, and Twilight 2013.

If I weren't already running two games at Troll Con, I'd be seriously considering bringing my Traveller LBBs (Little Black Books) down to Little Rock!

Generic (D&D) Fantasy: C&C, Sav Worlds is pretty good, but C&C captures the classic feel(without the clunk).
Spy: Savage Worlds. Mind you, James Bond(Victory Games) was pretty good back in the day.
Superhero: Savage Worlds(Seems to be the easiest and/or most satisfying system for supers thus far). Marvel Super Heroes was probably king in the 1980's. Champions 5th edition wasn't too bad, IF
you had a well-versed gm. Character creation...EEK!
Horror: Savage Worlds
Post-Apocalyptic: Savage Worlds. It's been awhile since I've played Gamma World 2nd and 3rd edition, so I can't remember how good the system was, but the setting evoked some sort of feel.
Time Travel: Only played FASA's Doctor Who(1980's). System clunky, sourcebooks good. I would imagine time travel could be good with Savage Worlds, but I have yet to finish my Doc Who conversion.
Sci-Fi: Savage Worlds. Enjoyed the feel of Star Frontiers, Traveller, Star Wars(WEG), and various Star Trek rpg's. Some systems were better than others, but I'd have to go with Savage Worlds.
Cyberpunk:Shadowrun 2nd ed, and maybe 3rd. Systems weren't too bad, but the setting had plenty of flavor. System-wise, Savage Worlds would be preferable, but I haven't had a chance to try cyber with that system.
Western: Deadlands Reloaded(Sav Worlds), Classic Deadlands. I remember some friends playing TSR's Boot Hill back in the day, but can't recall anything specific. As for Aces and Eights, I wanted to dig it. In the end, it was too crunchy for me. Lovely book, and besides, where else can you find "biscuit making" on the skills list? Breakdaddy, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think biscuit making was on the list.
Anybody see the "savage" pattern going on?

Biscuit making goes under the Cooking skill, but Ill tell you what, that *IS* one extensive skill list. It includes such obscura as locomotive engineer, joke telling, salesmanship, and millinery.

Got a group for A&8s and they have just created characters. There are a coupla aids on kenzerco's website to speed up creation (and I recommend using them). Ran a coupla firefights just to get used to it and it works purty durn well.
Boot Hill is just awesome. Had some great fun playing it back in high school. The systems were not intuitive but it was a fantastic good time.

Fantasy - C&C
Sci-Fi - Star Wars Saga (which I've been amazed at so far) or GURPS if wanting something more generic
Horror - World of Darkness (new)
Superhero - GURPS
Modern - GURPS (though d20 Modern may overtake this)
I still play some 3.5 D&D when I can't convince the table to do C&C. Since most of my table is back together, I think my C&C FR game is going to end soon, I fear, as we gear up SWSE. When we go back to fantasy, though, I feel C&C will wiin the table over for good!

I had a 5 minute or so talk with Tracy Hickman about Cortex and he convinced me that it was a good system. I was picking up serenity already, so it wasnt a hard sell
