Magic items vs unusual items

Hi,

In the Monsters & Tresure book, they are, at page 87, creating magic items and at page 88 creating unusual items.

The problem is that i do not understand the difference between they. I don't talk about the process, but the result. I know that creating unusual items include arms, armors, wands etc. So, what is it include in the categori of creating magic items ?

Unusual items are magical items which do not currently exist in the game -- its the loophole that says to the Castle Keeper "you are not bound to only use or allow just what is in this book."
