Generally speaking, when a rogue is attempting to Hide or Move Silently (for purposes of Back Attack) would you add the targets level/Hit Die to the Challenge Base as a Challenge Level?
ie: a 4th level rogue, with prime dex 16, is attempting to sneak up on an orc chieftain (4HD) for a back attack. The player rolls for a Hide or Move Silently check as d20 +4 +3 vs. a challenge base of 12. Do you add +4 for the orc HD as a challenge level?
I'm leaning towards "yes", but I'd like to hear an offical opinion.
