How much XP for Fingers of the Forsaken Hand?
My group has basically completed everything in Fingers of the Forsaken Hand. Could anyone give me ball park figure for how much XP they would get by the end of the module? (I normally run 3.5 conversions which has a simpler system for awarding XP than adding up every bit of monster and treasure XP that the players come across!)

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I'll see if I can get the author to chime in.

I never calculated it. It was originally a 2E and then a 3E adventure before porting it to C&C, and I wrote it before the guidelines in M&T.
My quick method:
1) Calculate the XP for a moderately powerful creature in one of the areas, say, the salamander prince or remorhaz.
2) Divide the total by the HD of the monster used in each case. This gives XP/ 1 HD.
3) For each creature in that area, multiply the answer in #3 by their HD total.
4) Add up the totals for that area. That gives monster XP for that "finger"
5) Multiply by 6 (5 fingers and a final fight).
That's a reasonable estimate that keeps you from having to calculate XP for every creature, but it still is more accurate than a simple guess. To tweak this, use a weaker or more powerful creature in step 1 to scale the XP average accordingly.
At 10th level, I'd expect that most characters would gain 1, maybe 2 levels depending on how much they cleared and how much treasure they found.

I should say that this estimate wouldn't include treasure XP. You may wish to just take the treasure XP of the final encounter and add 20-30%, based on your preferences. It also doesn't include XP derived from reading the books in the treasure, or any roleplaying bonuses.
When you have a number to award, give it the smell test.
You could just give all of your players a level, too. Sometimes that seems like cheating though, at least to me.
