Amazon.CA may not have them listed like Amazon.COM
In such cases, it will cost more to ship.
I'll have to check to be sure but when I heard that Lulu books were infiltrating Amazon, I checked but didn't have Amazon Canada didn't have the listings I was looking for... only on Amazon.Com

Yeah I always check .ca first and only go to .com if I really, really want something. Even then I try Chapters/Indigo before going to .com.
