Dual statting Pathfinder books ...

Just my 0.2 cents. Please dual stat any future Pathfinder books with CnC stats.

They are reissuing "Book of Familiars" as a Pathfinder book. Casey is doing the rewrite.

Aren't C&C stats just a subset of the PF stats? Wouldn't you just look at the HD, HP, AC, MV, # Att, Dmg, and ignore the rest?

Well, there is the XP.
Damage usually has to be toned down, I've found. I'd like to hear suggestions on how to tweak any feats into SIEGE checks or Adjuncts.
