Axis & Allies Pacific 1940, Anniversary Edition.

I know I'm getting it, because I bought it for myself for Christmas.

I don't know exactly what I'll get... but I do know it will be from my amazon wishlist... so it will either be sci-fi/fantasy novels, bad horror movies, PC games, or music... or a little bit of each (and I'm goofy... so I have hundreds of things on my wishlist, which makes it easy to surprise me... at least a little)...

I am getting a printing press capable of producing 700 page books of either digest or full size, in either hard cover or soft, with a variety of supported styles (such as faux leather.) I know this because I received half the money to purchase it for my birthday. However, I will wait until after the new year to buy it, when the prices drop back to reasonable.

Sounds cool, Serl!

My GF is getting me a stereo with a turn table so that I can play the stack of 78's I inherited from my great grandmother. There's some good old jazz in there! They'd just been lying dusty and neglected on the family farm in northern WI for the past 30 years or so.

My folks are giving me $$$ to fund the purchase of a new tent. My old one saw its last rainstorm in June.

I'm pretty tough to buy for, since I don't *need* anything. If I *want* something, I go out and buy it. Such is the life of an unmarried man

My wife truly rocks. One gift that I know I'm getting is:
Empire of the Petal Throne... in near mint condition

I'm also getting War of the Ring Collector's Edition.

That's an awesome gift! I have the regular version of the game... the collector's edition looks sweet.

She saw me drooling over it and told me that I should pre-order it. Now that's love!

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

There are a couple of things I do not know what they are.

However I have bought myself a lot of stuff, using Christmas as my justification.

I got my wife a very nice coffee grinder, not one of those $10 ones, but the nice one Sam's has, and I bought her a 2 LBS bag of Starbucks Holiday blend with which to try it out. I also bought her a nice Opal necklace, and a nice specialty tea mix.

For myself I got a lot of RPG stuff (Warhammer 3E, Dragon Age pre order, Fight On! #7, and more) and the Dragon Age: Origins X-box 360 version.

woah! this is the one that I think is awesome. good find, and a nice wife.

i've been asking my wife to get me Dragon Age for PC, but she 'forgot'
she doesn't really get me rpg stuff, as she's not a gamer. I did just order for myself the Hackmaster Basic box.
