I have designed a set of replacement cards for Marvel SAGA game and I was looking online to try and find a place to get a custom deck printed up.
Not having much luck today with my Google-fu.
Most places I find are sports card printers and want you to use their templates, or order 1000 of each card, to be cut down and randomized later.
I have 132 unique cards to print, with backs, and was hoping someone here could help me find a printing option.
Otherwise I do them on paper, stick them in card sleeves with a trading card in between for thickness, not the ideal solution

I'd tell you to use Guild of Blades, but they no longer do cards. Plus I have a friend who has gone through and signed a contract with them to help distribute his rpg's. And, I'll warn you off, because not only do they do a shitty job with the printing (I won't go into it, but there are some glaring printing errors that it is beyond belief they didn't catch it.) but they do not even do what they said they would do in helping distributing his book. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
There my PSA for the day.
But fear not. The place you want to go is...
Artscow. I do believe this is exactly what you are looking for.

Staples can do basic card stock printing, then you laminate them yourself. Actually, I know they can also laminate sheets, so you may only end up doing the cutting.
If you have a printer go get some 100 pound card stock and rolls of laminating paper from the kitchen section of Wal Mart and do it yourself.
Unless you really want a fully professional look.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
