Only certain people can reply directly to queries in the Keeper Advice forum. As I understand it, it's intended to be for official (or at least semi-official) answers.

If you're looking for a faster response, you might want to collect your questions into a single post and cross-post it over here.

Yep.

I won't answer the encumbrance questions (well, not with any definitive answer) because 1) I don't use the rules for encumbrance and 2) the guy who wrote them can respond to them... if he sees them.

Might want to PM the guy named cheeplives.
