anyone know a 3.5 site like dragonfoot?

Post by GameOgre »

My son is running a game for his friends after school. While he likes to play C&C his friends don't"at least so far" and he does have our old HUGE stack of 3.5 books he could use.

I looked for a good site ,something like Dragonsfoot, but for 3.5 but could not find a thing. Did all the 3.5 players go over to 4E or what?

Anyone know a site I could send him to?

Paizo's Pathfinder is the "new 3E", so is likely the closest you will find. There is a pretty busy 3E section over on ENWorld as well, beyond that I have no idea.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

But they've pretty much drank the Kool-Aid over there these days.

Crystal Keep has a small section dedicated to 3.5 and d20

Giant in the Playground is still mainly 3.5

There's a few more, I just can't think of them right now...but yeah, the PF site is probably the best and most active.

One I was thinking of, and finally remembered was 3.5 Private Sanctuary. That one is the biggest, non-affiliated, 3.5/d20 forum I know of.
