Not a big Super Hero RPGer, but I do enjoy the genre - I'm a Marvel dude by nature.

He should completely be called Flea, and his super-power is to run really fast and jump long distances, with an inkling telepathic connection to dogs... he is cowardly and does not like direct confrontation, often developing other ways to trap/lure his enemies. He is not a villain, or a hero, but someone who has had power thrust upon him, and he just wants to have fun.

I dunno. I thought it would be funny.

Sweet contest. I haven't been into superhero stuff for years. I used to run TSR's Marvel Superheroes a lot back in the late 80's and early 90's. The advanced version of the game was complex but simple to run...

As to your hero, I am going with the Scarlet Scarab. More info forthcoming!
