FAQ for SIEGE Engine Games?

Is there a FAQ or other information on the Troll Lord website with guidelines/requirements for creating a SIEGE engine game? I can't find anything....

Well I know one of them requires you having troll blood in your veins.

Cut off your finger and see if it regenerates? I'm not helping...

The Siege Engine is proprietary which means TLG needs to give you permission to publish something that uses the Siege Engine. There is nothing formal on the site and, for the time being, the best way to inquire or get permission is by contacting TLG (and more specifically Steve Chenault):

"troll at trolllord dot com" if memory serves me correctly. You'll find other email links to that address in various locations of the homepage.
