Says in the m&t that the wearer can act without hindrance. Does this also cover water pressure when the wearer is 100ft under the water? What about hypothermia?

My party will be doing some underwater traveling on Thursday. Just wanna keep things real in the fantasy world

Without hindrance means "not subject to anything that would impose a restriction." So, if a normal person without it could not do something, the person with it can.
