M&T 3rd Printing Minotaur error?

Looking at the Minotaur, the stat block stated that Weapon damage is +4, but in the text it states that they are +2 to hit and damage. Uhm, which is correct?

Only errata changed in prints, with the exclusion of the adding of monsters, so that means that it was not discovered until now... or, was not part of the document I was given to verify as "wrong."

It gets more confusing when one looks at the powerful charge ability. I wish I could say these things never happen, but eventually that might be true.
