SSM Podcast

Here is a podcast where I am interviewed about the company. Good stuff. I talk up C&C, if they did not edit it out.

That's weird. I just now found out my Left-CTRL key stopped working.

Great interview...and Great plug for C&C.
Also happy to hear about your plans for minis releases. I've been looking for a source of OS minis and your fiends line sounds ideal. Especially for the Bulette!

I like Otherworlds minis, but coming in from the UK the price is awfully steep.

Great job,

Mike

I had the whole Otherworld product line but sold them to make money for my company. I really got tired of the inconsistent scale of them, plus they only ever release what they say they are planning about a tenth of the time.

Ah, but will SSM release a Peryton?

I actually was thinking about it. I really dig that monster; always have. It is not top priority, but I would expect to see one someday.

Truth to tell, I've never used it but the thought of the mini would probably steer me towards trying it.
I've thought about writing an adventure that specifically has all the monsters from 1E that very few people used. Like Catoblepas and Perytons and aquatic ghouls. Ok, I've used the last but not the other two.

Anyway, I'll keep my (figurative) eye on SSM for releases!

Flumph miniatures!

Wolf-in-Sheep's-Clothing!

Oh yeah. That would rock. The dungeon of dumbness.

The wolf in sheep's clothing would be cool! I love that picture! I bet I could get one done pretty cheap given the detail of it.

Each year I want to do a "gag" sort of miniature. One you buy more out of the principle of the joke rather than its usefulness. This year I did an Invisible Stalker, it is just footprints on a ground base. I think 2011 will see a Flumph.

I remember! I should be getting them in pretty soon, I am literally waiting on the news right now. I gave the order to build the molds a week ago today and I should be getting an invoice for those today or tomorrow. I could get miniatures within 48 hours of ordering them after the molds are done.

The first minis out are heading your way.

We actually did not go on too long after the recording stopped, rather, we bull-shat for an hour before! Me and they went on about Doctor Who forever, and Jay got in some whatnot about something...I forget!

Anyhow, good stuff, it was fun.
