Blacktooth Ridge Area Map & Malforten Map

Post by Naleax »

I needed an area hex map for the Umbrage Saga which I am going to run for my wife in our solo game. Something which more clearly defined the terrain and which i could add to. I like Peter's map but decided to draw my own. Thought I would share it with the community here.

Rising Knight is such a great adventure. Lots of detail in this module and the village of Malforten is a nicely fleshed out and detailed. Hat's off to Davis Chenault. The only item lacking for such a great village is a map. I drew one up and tried to stay as true as possible to the Umbrage Saga module description.

I really wanted to add the Drunderry river but just didn't have enough space.

Posting a link here for the community.

Have fun.

p.s. Didn't include a legend but if anyone wants one i'll see what i can do.

Hello all,

I'm new to the forums, though I have been lurking for long time. I've decided to start a campaign beginning with A0 followed by A1. In fact, I may just run my players through the Umbrage saga. After reading through the modules, and checking all the TLG boards, I was wondering if the area map of PDF map of area map Botkinburg was still available? It's been mentioned several times both here and on the old yuku site, but I can't seem to locate a copy. is this map the same as, "Peter's Map" that Naleax referred to in his first post of this thread?

Naleax's maps, which are invaluable thank you (I will make use of both if you don't mind), made me wonder if anyone had produced a detailed map of Botkinburg?

Any help would be appreciated.

Best,

Paul

Hi Paul.

I don't recall a PDF map of Botkinburg (unless it was a fan produced one).

The only one I know and used a few years ago was the one in the module (Assault) and it served us well.

This is the only Botkinburg map I know of outside of the module:

I think we have discovered the real location of Erde/Airhde.
